Who am I?

My name is Amanda, I have worked in the spa and beauty industry for over 16 years, and I love creating bespoke treatments for my clients, adapting my techniques and approach to meet specific individual needs. I offer a range of treatments, including hot stone therapy, bamboo massage, dry cupping, holistic and sports massage.

I have always had a keen passion for health and well-being, and throughout my career I am always impressed by the endless benefits of massage, and the different ways it can positively affect a persons physical, emotional and mental well-being.

As part of my commitment to providing high quality treatments, I keep a close eye on new techniques, training and skills to incorporate into my treatments. As people differ so much, I offer treatments that recognise this, rather than perform the same routine on everyone.

I don't believe that pain, stress and discomfort are things we should just “live with” and offer therapies that help bring you back to balance and wellness. I understand just how important your time is, especially that hour you take for yourself, and it is my pleasure to provide you with the skills, knowledge, attention and environment you deserve every time you book in.

All products I use are certified cruelty free and Vegan friendly, and I love using the luxurious & award-winning Tropic skincare range, in my holistic facial treatments.
